Yes dear, if there are presence of multiple bands in the gel with single primer at different location that shows the polymorphic bands and if gel results show only one amplified band at single location, obviously that is mono-morphic band, even if you have used different number of species.
As, your sample no. 1,3,4,14 shows polymorphic condition and 24, 25, 27 shows mono-morphic condition.
The term polymorphic and monomorphic, denotes whether your sequence of interest is present in different loci (polymorphic) or same loci (monomorphic) across the population.
