What is the difference between lamellar spacing and lamellar thickness in lamellar TiAl alloys?

Can anybody tell me the difference between lamellar spacing and lamellar thickness in TiAl intermetallics? Or how to define the lamellar spacing? Does it means the mean thickness of gamma and alpha2 lamellae?
