Resilience is the ability of a material to absorb energy within the elastic limit while toughness is the ability of a material to absorb energy till the point of fracture.
Abstract: The ability of a material to absorb energy when deformed elastically and to return it when unloaded is called resilience. This is usually measured by the modulus of resilience, which is the strain energy per unit volume required to stress the material from, zero stress to the yield stress.

Fatigue is related to repeated and reversal of some parameter. Fracture refers to non reversal or permanent failure.
