treatment of melanoma immunotherapy and chimiotherapie both in the adjuvant and neoadjuvant regimens ineffective.

Our research shows that regardless of BRAF mutations only effective direction remains inhibitors of kinases and inhibition of tumor processes. Knowing the cell line disease , therapy efficiency reaches 80 % in the first two years.

Surgery with  the combination of  vemurafenib or dabrafenib  and trametinib, is the current tratment to inhibit the MAPK patway in melanoma-III stage where there are some BRAF-V600 mutation

The Royal Marsden Hospital web site offers some up to date info regarding treatment with different (fenibs) such as vemurafenib after surgical excision.
