Neuroimmunology is a very interesting discipline that surely demonstrates the connections between the "brain" and the cells of the immune system, which helps in fighting cancer. But the answer to your question is: Our brain does not and cannot manage cancer appearance of cancer healing. May be (or may be not) the brain of the humans in 200000 more years of Evolution.
