Does anyone know the composition of D.W. Medium ?

Article Consequences of Reduction of Klebsiella pneumoniae Capsule E...

It is used, apparently, for high capsule production in Klebsiella sp. I'm trying to find the composition so I can make an opposite medium for low capsule production.

1. Sugar- 78 g/L

2. Ammonium- 106 mg/L

3. Urea- 43 mg/L

4. Nitrate- 4 mg/L
