The cloud technology changes the ways how organizations create value from interacting with customers, suppliers as well as changing organization internally which produce new business opportunities along with economic advantages. Broadly we can say the cloud is contributing in transforming entire business models including roles , strategies and procedures. .

What is the cloud’s transformative value for user organizations in term of role, strategy, governance for under developing countries?
Think most of the value statement can't run far from increase top line, reduce cost, improve effectiveness / efficiency & lower risk. Think when cloud is implemented at the right way, at the right time & at the right place can yield above values. Because cloud in an automated manner can provision / deprovision IT services faster (this can speed up go-to-market strategy, increase market share, improve customer satisfaction), lower cost & risk (due to lower human manual errors). However, cloud security is still a concern depending on what types of cloud to implement, how you are going to implement & to serve what kind of business needs etc.
For data-management work and information support, it is a good option to manage with vendors that help manage them. Without forgetting the use of own independent support from external organizations for greater security
