Depends on what IR range you are targeting. Mostly the commercially available dyes are proprietary, you may get some idea from a patent search. This book may help with generic classes.

If you a targeting a wider range or longer wavelength IR you would probably be better off looking at or developing an oxide/semiconductor coating. Some surface structures could also help
