I am using filter paper method (0.2micro meter) to find amount of CaCO3 precipitation in more than 80 solutions. As the filter paper method is a little bit expensive, I would like to know if there is any way to re-use the filter paper. If no, please suggest me cheaper, faster and easy method, if it exists.
The Wheeler's pHmetric method takes few minutes and is really cheap as it only require CaCl2 and NaHCO3 solution, and a pH meter contected to a computer. Maybe it can correspond to your need:

Can you write what is your main analyte - calcium ions or carbonate ions?
If calcium ions, there is no better way to dissolve the precipitate directly into the solution, and titrimetric determination with Titriplex III in the presence of Eriochrome Black T or Murexid. If you are interested in the amount of carbonate ions, a measure of the volume of CO2 would be a good option.
