The fruits are imported and have not been known since their harvest. They were healthy at the time of preparation, but this problem appeared after washing with water and detergent, and 2-3 days in a refrigerator at 4 °C.
Grapes produce bitter-tasting chemicals called tannins to keep animals and bugs from eating parts they don't want eaten, like leaves. The grape plants doesn't want its fruit to be eaten until its seeds are ready, so unripe grapes contain lots of tannins .The grapes that are drying out your mouth might be unripe, or they might be a kind bred for more tannins, like some wine grapes.
