What is the built-in Sierpinski formula which XaoS fractal software can produce Sierpinski fractals with?

There are many built-in fractals in XaoS, which are amazing and there is no direct access to them, but i wonder if can have a formula to produce Sierpinski triangle with, on an iterative polar coordinates plan?

To me its not unlikely to have such equation which you may put any value for x from 0 to 1, and get a point on the line y=0 if the point wasn't on Cantor set, or on y=1 if the point was.
