Hi! Now, I am doing my research about dual chamber MFC. In the cathode, I use a mixture of potassium permanganate 30mM and PBS 0.1 M. To separate the anode and cathode space, I use PEM Nafion 117. When I run the MFC, something unknown brown diffuses from the cathode to anode by passing the membrane. Do you know what's brown across the membrane?
