Pure water freezes at 0 °C and boils at 100 °C under atmospheric pressure (1 atm). Salinity affects both the freezing and the boiling point of water. I have found that seawater (considering the average salinity of 3.5 g/l) freezes at -2 °C under atmospheric pressure, but I don't find anywhere the boiling point of seawater under atmospheric pressure. Does anyone know?
