I recently attended a conference, after which a summary report was published. The report summarizes each panelist's presentation (mine included), and the editor contacted each panelist after the conference to check the accuracy of presentation summaries for the report.
I would like to showcase this on RG, potentially as a conference presentation, but the author is the foundation that assembled the report and I don't want to misrepresent it by claiming myself as author. What's the best way to showcase documents like this?

if you presented a talk at the conference as the sole author and the work was not done for a second party or funded by a special grant you should have the right to decide where and how it is made public. Did you transfer copyright to anybody or was there any agency which forced you to do so or were there special arrangement stipulated prior to the conference attendance? Even if there is only summary report or you only gave answer during a discussion normally the contribution is listed by name and affiliation.
I know that young colleagues want to see their work recognized that is justified even if you do not want to embark on a scientific career.
Maybe I have some information not properly understood but irrespective of age and position a correct citation of the scientist involved has to be done by name and affiliation. This is standard.
You should at any case contact the foundation. At RG you might use the header "presentation" to make it public.

Dear Wendy Koslicki, my suggestion would be to showcase the full presentation you gave at the conference directly as a "Presentation" on RG.
By the way, I fully agree with Harald G. Dill in that it is by no means any kind of discrimination when he mentions "young colleagues". One more side aspect: When someone helps you by answering your question on RG, it would be polite to recommend his / her answers....
