Based on the schematics that you provided, the only place where the temperature will be 150 degree Celsius is the heater at the bottom. Rest of the volume will be experiencing thermal gradients whose value will be depended upon distance from the heater and the pressure in the chamber.

If the volume of the chamber is sufficiently big enough, you can directly put a small motor controlled syringe pump or some sort of improvised calibrated droplet dispenser. The key factor in your work is the high pressure inside. Any fluid reservoir kept outside this pressure chamber will have to overcome this high pressure to deliver the droplets. Instead of making any complex arrangements simply take a small reservoir and the dispenser and put them inside the chamber at the same pressure. Actuate the dispenser using a feed through electrical connection.

you can use a mesh supported with solid particles and the size of the solid particles will decide the droplet size and the pressure needed.
