When we add nano-particles in resin, the viscosity of resin increases and directly related to amount of nano-particles. When we apply same resin on reinforcement, the ratio of resin does not remain constant in the composite. But if we add thinner in the resin, the volume of resin increases. So how can apply a constant amount of resin and required amount of nano-particles in composites.

see, there is no hard and fast rule for reinforcement of nanoparticles was it varies from one another and also the polymer matrix. You do need an optimization.
