thanks Mr Vitaliy, but since the period of the TMD depends only on the length of the pendulum, and in the case of large period this model isn't useful . example base isolated structure..

I suggest spring mass dampers which you can easily model in SAP2000 in case of uni-direction analysis. 

Yes I agree with mr.Said Elias if you are dealing with buildings and bridges instead of pendulum and string.
