What is the best Toolbox or script to reconstruct image from free induction decay (fid) signal?

I am working with free induction decay (fid) signals and want to construct image including magnitude and phase images. I need suggestions/recommendations about the toolbox and/or script that can reconstruct images and save in NIfTI (Neuroimaging Informatics Technology Initiative) format.
