I want to conduct a meta-analysis in association of some SNPs on 15 genes with a trait. What is the best tool for my work? Is there any example input data for that? How can I extract data needed from available papers?

An approach would be to construct a 2x2 table of patients with SNP, patients without SNP, controls with SNP, controls without SNP and then calculate the OR. Good luck, hope this helps

Thanks for your help.
Unfortunately, my subject is not a Case/Control study. There are some studies that investigated effect of some SNPs determined on a specific gene on a trait (e.g. Prolificacy). Only data available in these studies are main allele and its variant (e.g. A > G) and genotypes (AA, AG and GG) and p-Values showing significancy of these SNP and genotype effects.
Hence, there is no control cohort in these study.

There should be a common way of reporting outcome among studies,(eg. Frequency of A allele in disease vs g allele in disease X? Correlation with disease activity/severity (pearsons r)?) in order for quantitative synthesis to make sense.
Otherwise your methodology should be a systematic review rather than a meta-analysis.
