What is the best statistical approach to analyze my data set?

I have an enzyme assay data set for five different treatment groups over three distinct periods. However, for each treatment, I have only three replicates. What could be the best approach to analyze this data set?

Assuming each treatment gets each of the time periods a 3 way analysis of variance would be suitable (Treament x time period x replicate)
