What is the best statistic methods for percentage value of more than 2 dataset?

For two dataset of percentage, chi-square is done, but what method is used for more than two dataset?

I don't really understand your design. But chi-squared should still be usable; chi-squared is usable for designs bigger than 2x2 (e.g., 2x3, 3x4, etc. etc.).
