I have ethanol crude extract of Vigna unguiculata L. leaf and I want to carryout antibacterial screening, so I'm kind of confused on the appropriate reconstiting agent to use.
What I mean by ethanol crude extract is, ethanol was used to extract the bioactive component of plant material. So to proceed with antibacterial screening, I will need to reconstitute the ethanolic extract at different concentrations. The solvent to do this, apart from water, is what I want to seek advice on.
