The standard DPPH assay uses methanol or ethanol as solvents also IPA- isopropyl alcohol its good which you can use without changing any other parameter . look at the discussion on RG will help you .

What is the wavelength you are using for BSA anti-inflammatory assay?

In anti-inflammatory assay, for aqueous extract you can simply use buffer or distilled water instead of MeOH or DMSO. However, MeOH may be used for dissolving test compounds keeping in mind the fact that it will not affect molecular configuration of albumin upto certain concentration.

If you are using MeOH as solvent for DPPH and BSA Assays, make sure that you have used blank of your extract with MeOH. 

i m using 660 nm wavelength for BSA anti-inflammatory assay. my extracts r chloroform based. so what type of solvent should b used regarding this?
