Hello everyone! I want to perform a phylogenetic GLS but I'm not very good with scripting. Can anyone help me? Is Matlab a good option? I not, which software should I choose?

Hi Sergio, I have no idea if you can do it in matlab.

But give it a go in R, with the package named "caper"
