By practical experience, we see that Mininet is the best emulator available today.

Is there any one that also supports IoT?

Means IoT+SDN+Cloud

Estinet supports both SDN and VANETS. Cloud i am not sure.

Estinet is very complicated simulator. You need much background information. not good for academic use

My case is: Designing a novel communication model in SDN that makes it suitable for ISP-WANs, and uses a custom kind of Source Routung as forwarding method.

So, one can advise the best free choice for me?

I agree with Mehdi Gheisari, its best to stay away from Estinet and NS-3. We have worked on NetSim (https://www.tetcos.com) and MATLAB. These are by far the easiest and most powerful tools to use
