I would like to use image analysis to monitor differences between leaf size and shape, color, plants growth habit etc. There are many different programs on the market, which one do you use? Does it need a digital camera or a scanner? Is it easy to learn or complicated? Is it working with Windows system?

It is free and it might help you to do your image analysis of in vitro plant morphology
