What is the best possible way to distinguish quenching effect of analyte and dissolved oxygen in real water samples analysis???

In fact I have carried out real water samples analysis using fluorescent sensor which showed response through quenching with analyte. As far I know real water samples also contains dissolved oxygen so I would like to differentiate quenching effects from analyte from the dissolved oxygen. Could anyone suggests the best and simple way to distinguish above with reference.
