What is the best porous shape for surface of the orthopedic implant?

Porous shape has important role in attachment of the bone cell to the surface of implant. Since, The cell tentacle is less than 100 nano-meters in size so creating a nano-metric porous on the surface of the implant is very important in order to better cell attachment and higher RGR. It is clear that non-spherical and asymmetrical shapes can hold the tentacle better compared with spherical shapes. But. what is the best shape?
