I have been using slideshare for years to share mine but I have seen that both user traffic and the number of presentations decreases both in number and quality.

Hi Baltasar,
Slideshare is indeed the best option I've found - but I've also found AuthorStream to be a decent alternative - whether it's better I'm not super sure (that may depend a little) but it's worth checking out.
