The aim of the study is to establish the extent to which Medico-legal claims against the state have on the resources allocated to health sector in the long-run. What would be the most appropriate model to use for this using time-series data? VECM?

Hello Roscoe. I think that the medical board comprising of concerned specialists & head of medical department would be appropriate as in case of issuance of disability and medical reimbursement by the authorised medical board which may be fixed on a specific day & time as per convenience.
