What is the best method to measure heat stability of lamination adhesive?

We are using lamination adhesives for flexible packaging. There is a lot of adhesives for use. Also a significant difference there is between price of high heat stable adhesives and normal adhesives. How it is possible to measure thermal stability (hear resistance) of adhesives?
