Basically in liver two type of cells are persent one is like kuffer cells and other are hepotocyt cells, for the function of kuffer cell tc-99m sulphur colloid is the best but the fiction of hepotocyte tc-99m label mebrofenin is the best radiopharmaceutical for having liver imaging..
