There are two main methods to calculate the biodegradability rate for anaerobic digestion process. The first method using the ratio of Experimental Methane Yield to its theoretical value ( using Buswell equation). The second method is the linear regression of curve - graph ( Volatil solid Removed VS - Volatil solid added). What the best method in terms of accuracy ?
I think both methods are good but I am prefer for the first one. Maybe other can share Thier opinions!
I think biochemical methane potential (BMP) tests are a popular and reliable technique to determine the biodegradability of waste biomass and waste water beside the determination of the methane potential.
I thing when dobwith Graplically, (with software) we may have deeply accurate observation. As its about every steps on ferfect data. I always preferred graphical for every purpose of measurements.
But, if there any limitation of observation other way I like.
In others terms which method vives an accurate biodegradability rate value match test or semi-batch one (or semi-continus mode )??
