Hey, yes the protein will definitely be affected by heat. You can try high concentration of salt (dialysis) at 4 degree to isolate BSA. or solvents may also be used. Hope this helps.

Hi Gill, Thanks for the information. i already did 3 times centrifuge with phosphate buffer to remove unreacted BSA and kept in 4 degree. Does the concentration of BSA need to high for functionalization of inorganic compound?

You can try freeze dry. It works for you.

Centrifugation wont help, you can try dialysis or you can lyophilize your product as tan has suggested.
