For my PhD work I have collected blood, fecal, and egg samples from various birds, chicks, and nests. I plan on doing genetics with these samples to look at paternity within nests. What are the best kits or methods to extract DNA from these multiple sources? Does anyone know of one kit/method I can use for all of these sources? Keep in mind, as these samples are from small songbirds there is mostly smalls amounts of each.
I am relatively new to genetics and paternity so please give as much information as possible. Also if recommending a kit they must have a way to ship/supply to Australia as that is where I conduct my research.

I extracted DNA from chickens and quail blood using manual methods and kit methods using 300 micro liter blood.
