Hi,

I'm trying to generate a supercontinuum with a laser beam (~200 fs, 80Mhz rep) by first using a normal fiber, but the overall goal is to use PCF's. I was wondering that if anyone knows what is the best material to reshape it to the Gaussian form and compress it to around 20 fs? I know gratings are not the best materials for this application due to self phase modulation, but what about prisms or grisms? I would appreciate your help and suggestions.

Thanks
