I made channels out of parafilm and also double adhesive tape, and each one has its own set of issues.
What is a decent replacement for parafilm in the making of a chamber? Also, I can't use PDMS in my experiment.

Zahra Zarei could you be more specific? What are the dimensions you need? Also I am not sure what do you mean by channel and chamber. Could you provide a schematic? Choice of material greatly depends on your geometry, so nobody can truly help unless you provide your requirements and limitations.
Rather than PDMS, you can use thermoplastics such as PMMA, Polycarbonate, and Polystyrene.
Zahra Zarei: For use with what type of liquid? For what purpose? What specifications will it require (pressure, dimensions, volume, chemical compatibility etc). Many materials are available. The question should be defined first, before a solution is investigated. This is the proper engineering approach.
