In the museums, the sensitive organic materials need to be displayed under 50 lux or less and aways from any UV or IR.
LEDs still have a little amount of UV.
What is the better option? Is it OLEDs? or Fibre Optic that uses OLEDs so the angle and the focuses of the light don't be one spot but rather be more diffused?
And How to eliminate the heat from the light source?
The OLED light sources are superior to other types for lighting as they have minimal UV content, uniformity and colour consistency (90+ Colour Rendering Index) and the form factor advantages.
The illumination source must be carefully selected, bearing in mind two key requirements; ensuring the light does not harm museum objects and the ambiance and flow of the exhibitions. Brightness levels and distribution of the light are also important to consider, as some fixtures are designed to illuminate multiple displays at once, meaning the light source must be bright enough to light the entire space, while preventing glare as the observer moves through. Accurate rendering of both colour and material texture, revealing details of objects, is also important.
OLED lighting has been used in several museum installations because of its unique features. It provides artifact protection and assures integrity of the exhibit. The low heat output and UV-free characteristics of OLED enable the light to be placed close to the pieces without [wearing down the fibres or losing colour over time]. Also, because OLED is a naturally diffuse light source at 90+ CRI, the piece is represented in the best light, without harsh shadows and in true colour.

You can use OLED or inorganic LED light sources, since there are many LEDs on the market without any UV emission, e.g. from Lumileds or Nichia (the amount of UV is a function of the semicoundcuctor chip used as the primary source , e.g 465 nm chips used by Lumileds hardly emit UV!). However, the most important issue is that the energy of photons increases with declining wavelength. In other words blue light is known to be more hazardous than green or even red light. So to reduce the harm of visible light, which is stronger than that of NIR you have to reduce the colour temperature, e.g. from 5000 K to 3000 K. But keep the CRI in mind, which requires a full vis spectrum to obtain 90+.
For the reduction of MIR and FIR radiation (heat) you have to have a clever thermal management, but this is valid for both OLED and LED.
