I have been using Sliceomatic with great results, but it's taking too long ( around 30 min per patient). I will be trying AnalyzeDirect to see if I can achieve the same results in a shorter time.
You should check out MedSeg which is an online and free segmentation tool. You can segment manually with thresholding which should make the process of fat segmentation relatively fast. There's also AI-models incorporated in the tool. Find the tool here: www.medseg.ai
