What is the best element type to model kinetic sand in ANSYS Mechanical?

I am modeling a 3-layered beam structure where the outer layers are from aluminium while the core is kinetic sand. I will be doing harmonic analysis. I need a way to model this nonlinear material, preferably with an option to apply pressure (vacuum) on it.
