Does anyone have insights on which coating is the best to culture 16HBE cells ?

I am currently on the process to culture 16HBE cells. The lab I just joined uses a fibronectin/collagen I coating but in the litterature I also found out that a lot of labs use collagen I alone. I am familiar with the culture of primary HBE cells for which collagen I coating is enough.

I am measuring TEER and am getting lower values than expected ( around 400ohm.cm²). So I am wondering if the coating used has an effect and maybe is not appropriate.
