I think crystalline admixtures offer installation advantages compared with traditional membrane waterproofing, which tends to be labour—intensive and expensive,
Tuffcrete is an 'acrylic copolymer emulsion' based additive for cement based coatings, mortar and screed to enhance its water proofing and mechanical properties such as adhesion, flexural, tensile, compressive and impact strength.
I would recommend some new crystallising admixtures that provide waterproofing and protection against chemicals in the same time. One of these materials is sold commercially under the name of "PAVIX". It is also environment-friendly material !!
There are some brands that have chemicals that you can use for it, such as the MasterSeal of Basf. This additive gives you good results. I would recommend that you contact with the companies in order that they can give you some samples.
According to ACI 116R, "GBFS is nonmetallic product, consisting essentially of silicates and aluminosilicates of calcium and of other bases, that is developed in a molten condition simultaneously with iron in a blast furnace".
The fire resistance of any mortar depends on the properties, composition and the characteristics of such mortar
Therefore, the higher strength of GBFS-OPC MORTAR and the presence of silica fume in GBFS of GBFS-OPC MORTAR, compared to OPC MORTAR, make it to have relatively higher fire resistance.
Dear Abhilash: There are at least two ways to increase the resistance of concrete to water intrusion. One is by modifying the micro-structure of the concrete through the mix design. The other is by applying sealant or water-repellant materials on hardened concrete. For the latter, I suggest the following reference available in ResearchGate: https://www.researchgate.net/publication/282912598_Crack_and_Concrete_Deck_Sealant_Performance
Technical Report Crack and Concrete Deck Sealant Performance
You can use KEM PROOF IWP is a powder integral waterproofing compound for concrete and mortar, forms an internal barrier against water penetration, also increases the workability of mortar, reduces water absorption and thereby protect against freeze - thaw effect.

Addition of 12% Acrylic Polymer (Ex. Sika TOP 122, Part A + Part B) to the concrete mixture may significantly improve the waterproofing performance of the resulted concrete structure. Please refer to the following references to find more information.
