Optimal design of thermal systems by W. F. Stocker is one of the best book I found till date. It's published by TMH publication house. Really it's a great book.

Design of Thermal Systems – by Wilbert F. Stoecker

Jaluria, Yogesh. Design and optimization of thermal systems. CRC press, 2007 is also one of the useful book.

I recommend : Thermal design and optimization by Bejean. It includes exergy and ergo economic analysis of thermal systems.
