I'm now working on Hydrogen Peroxide determination from plant leaf samples which are planted with PPCPs synthetic water. So, I need any information about how to collect and preserve leaf samples. If anyone have any related journal-paper, please give me for that.
Moreover, I plan to cut plant leaves, so I'd like to ask that how to preserve sample which will be cut too.

of course you can cut the and immediately frozen them in liquid nitrogen, but u have to weigh them before storage as it is necessary to calculate the H2O2. rest is mentioned in the attached paper. good luck
You can storage the leafs in alluminum foil, and put in a box with ice, for posterior storage in ultra-freezer (-80°C). This works very well!
Hello. As it has been already mentioned, immediate freezing is very important. If you have the possibility to use LN2 and then move the samples to the ultrafreezet, it would be the best. Good luck!
