Hi, Abdo. I do not know of any easy ways to select a journal for a specific manuscript, but I'm quite sure that submitting a manuscript for publication consideration to more than one journal at a time is an ethical problem. Without exception, my submissions have gone to journals that require me to affirm that the manuscript is not under concurrent review.
