I think complete eradication of Covid-19 will take some more time, in this mean time, marketing of agricultural commodities have to be followed with Government's restrictions and also home delivery by using vehicles is a suitable method of marketing of agricultural products. Much of farmers would be beneficial through this method without wasting their production.

I think covid-19 is not a unavoidable constraint if farmers do their work in the farmlands using mask. So policies would be made for market oriented not for production based until all farmers take vaccines. Just need awareness and incentives to the farmers for effective production and only proper market mechanism policies may reduce agro food problem and rocket food production. During this catastrophic pandemic, it must keep in mind to all of us that only effective crop supplies and medical effectiveness are the two foremost community who can play the most crucial role in surviving and sustaining the entire mankind.

I think that a good strategy would be short-cycle crops to be able to obtain food in the shortest possible time depending mainly on the city and local climates.

I think it is a good opportunity to promote organic agriculture, consider: 1) determine the local resources that are generated with the participation of farmers and work based on the production of local organic fertilizers, 2) trying to minimize the consumption of external inputs such as commercial fertilizers and promove biosafety standard: mask and distancing

The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted the food supply chains dramatically, and there is an urgent need to redesign them. However, the situation varies greatly from country to country and even locally. It is also necessary to consider the effects of climate change which also affects the kind of products that can be grown more effectively. Given these complexities, farmers can opt for decisions that can reduce risk and guarantee a more stable income. Governments should encourage the adaptation process and stimulate farmers' initiatives with guidelines and financial support. Higher added-value production, product diversification, and meeting the demand of proximity markets can be a starting point. In the medium and long term, the behavior of markets will be the determining factor.

It's relevant to show that in the "new normal," consumers will continue purchasing local meat products basically in similar quantities if we consider that those who increase and those who decrease cancel out approximately. The recommendation of greater marketing efforts to diminish the risk for meat producers is well justified. Similar studies for other agricultural categories would be beneficial.

Looking at the 10-point strategy proposed by Sendhil Ramadas, we can say that many issues in the agricultural sector affected by the pandemic are considered. However, in the long term, drastic changes in technology, supply chain management, and other events need to be tackled. That would imply a continuing agricultural education for farmers that I don't see explicitly included in the proposed scheme.

We have covered under the stakeholder partnerships: Concerted efforts and inter-institutional partnership (regional as well as global) are inevitable (Baudron and Liegeois, 2020) as envisaged in the Sustainable Development Goal 17 to strengthen the weaker and vulnerable sections of the society. Stakeholder partnerships help to bridge the information and knowledge gaps by creating awareness, leveraging Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) including social media platforms. The idea here is to educate people not to opt for panic buying and hoarding essential items, to maintain hygiene of market functionaries, and to sanitize market yards in addition to social distancing which are essential for smooth functioning of the markets in lieu of COVID-19 crisis (Workie et al., 2020).

In order to avoid a food emergency, it is very essential that vulnerable people, worldwide food supply networks, pandemic effects, and food production be protected.

According to FAO, there are several things that may be done to help people escape from the brink today.
