What is the baking temperature and time for pancreatic tissues in IHC?

I am doing IHC with the pancreas tissues. I would like to know which temperature and time would be better for baking my slides to avoid detaching the tissues and not affecting the antibody absorption.

Currently I'm using 40 degrees Celsius overnight on hotplate which attaches the tissues to the slides perfectly, but the islets are not stained.

For Immunohistochemistry (IHC) of pancreatic tissues, baking temperature and time may vary depending on the specific protocol. However, here's a general guideline ¹ ²:

- Baking Temperature: 40°C
