I'm utilizing FDC-P1 cells (ATCC® CRL-12103™) in my experiments. Now, I'm in a phase that I'm going to perform rt-PCR using them. For this I need information about the average total RNA yield from 1 million cells of them.
N.B: I will do the total RNA extraction and purification using "miRNeasy MiniKit (QIAGEN)".
Your help will be highly appreciated.

To be honest.
It might not be so easy to find someone who has the right expertise (I mean worked with the specific cell line and the kit) and is willing to answer.
Generally, considering the type of cells and that this is a cell line, you would expect 2-20 µg per 1*10^6 cells.

But as said before, you will only know it for sure after performing the extraction yourself as there are many factors influencing your yield!
