I want to quantify the elements in Prussian white using XPS high resolution spectra. However, I require specifically ASF value of Mg 2P. Where can I find this value? Thank for you for your valuable suggestion in advance.
Besides the Scofield cross sections mentioned by David J. Morgan you will also need the inelastic mean free path (IMFP) of Mg2p and the transmission function of your analyzer for a proper quantification.
The easiest way would be if the manual of your analyzer provides a table of sensitivity factors, or a transmission function. If not, it can also be determined experimentally.
