As I know, all the angle for unit cell is 90 degree and the lattice constant is a= 6, b=5 and c=8 A. But I don't know if that is for ground state. I also don't know what is the atomic position. Can anyone help me?
According to a publication by de Villiers, J.P.R. (American Mineralogist (1971) 56, p758-p766) the lattice constants are:
a = 5.090(2), b = 8.358(2), c = 5.997(4)
And the atomic positions are as follows:
Sr1 Sr2+ 4 c 0.25 0.4160(1) 0.7569(3) 0.508(12)
C1 C4+ 4 c 0.25 0.7601(10) -0.0864(20) 0.592(99)
O1 O2- 4 c 0.25 0.9119(9) -0.0946(16) 0.913(88)
O2 O2- 8 d 0.4694(8) 0.6821(5) -0.0839(11) 0.797(62)
And, yes, these are the parameters of the ground state (I think data on electronically excited states are extremly rare).
